Mr. Frazier served as Chief Operating Officer of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC), a trade organization representing the highest level African American Executives in Corporate America. Prior to that he was an Assistant Vice President at the New York Life Insurance Company, his roles included Office of the Chief Investment Officer ($82 Billion Portfolio), Corporate Services (In-Charge of Westchester Campus), and Mergers & Acquisitions. He also served with distinction as a US Navy Supply Corps Officer aboard the Navy Warship USS Clark (FFG-11) and in the Naval Reserves, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander.

 

Mr. Frazier was awarded a Navy ROTC scholarship to pursue his undergraduate education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering .  He was also awarded a Consortium Fellowship to pursue his MBA in Finance and Management at New York University’s Stern School of Business.  His focus on continually learning includes achieving the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional designation . 

 

Mr. Frazier has been an active participant in numerous community and professional organizations. He is a member of the Newark Regional Business Partnership (NRBP), the Greater Elizabeth Chamber of Commerce (GECC), and the Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC).  He has also served in a leadership role and/or as a board member of the NextGen Network (CALIBR Global Leadership Network), Urban Youth Action, Inc., ELC Institute, and the Granville Academy. In 2000, Mr. Frazier was selected as one of Minority MBA Magazine’s “Next Generation of Minority Business Leaders.”  He was presented with a Navy Achievement Medal (NAM) for outstanding leadership and superior performance of his duties.

Mr. Frazier has been married for more than twenty years, has two school age children, and lives with his family in Montclair, NJ.
